If the deathslinger's hook hits a wall or solid object, the Hook is attached to that object and the Deathslinger can Right Click to Cut the line.
While the Death Slinger is hooked to a solid object, he gains 75% bonus movement speed while traveling in the direction of the hooked object but he can not travel in the opposite direction unless he cuts the line.
The Death Slinger can not attack while he his hooked to a solid object.

Yep, Torn Bookmark effectively only gives you the downside, because the third blink is actually bugged. xD
