With the Bubba and possibly Billy "addon pass" on the way lets take out guesses
Who's got "They now have a power meter which using the chainsaw drains from" and at least 4 or so addons dedicated to points/making them weaker and it won't even work if you reach 8k in that category.
Who's ready for ultra rare addons that make your power worthless :D

Power bar to drain from, every addon but 5 are meme add-on, game breaking bugs for the killer power that won't get fixed after 14 months.

Maybe they'll rework Bubba's chainsaw.
I think Billy will take a hard nerf on his charge add-ons and the rest will be probably some meme ones.

I've seen plenty of people complain about Billy over the years. Right after Nurse's destruction and the announcement the chainsaw bois were gonna get touched the threads about Billy soared.

Leatherface tweaks could be as easy as: make his speed 96% while charging, make him unstunnable at pallet if he is swinging, Lower tantrum to 3 seconds, and make it so he can chainsaw people hiding in lockers. His add ons need reworked.

Billy’s and Bubba’s add-ons will most likely cause Blindness and Hemorrhage status affects while being very rare just like Freddy

I think they'll add a power bar to Billy. Just so he can't spam chainsaw sprints. Not that I think it's needed. But I think they'll do it. They'll probably make Carburetor Tunning Guide ultra rare. And add the obligatory useless BP addons.

If they add cooldown to Billy might as well add a 300 second cooldown to hooking survivors, breaking pallets and vaulting as a killer.
