Is Nea from the near future?
A recent skin in the shop was released going by the names of Graff-Crafter. According to the picture that was released from the skin, she's from 2021 (presuming November 3rd but it may be March 11th).
Does this mean Nea was taken from the future, or am I completely wrong?

I guess she is then, and she does wear a mask a lot in her skins. Coincidence? I think so. But yeah the entity took nancy and steve from the 80s. They could take anyone from anytime.

Since her bio and other cosmetics give no indication on the date it's pretty hard to say while this is banner art not the actual cosmetic description it could be taken with a pinch of salt however since I doubt we'll get a clear reading until near shows up on the archives I think it's safe to assume that the banner is probably accurate.
Which would make Nea the survivor taken at the most latest point in time.
With Min following closely behind Min being taken somewhere after 2016 or 2017

well I'd say based of of fashion that she's either from early 2010's or late to mid 90's
