Are charge speed addons/sound addons still going to be a thing with new bubba/billy?

Whether they are nerfed, buffed, sidegraded etc, i'd still like to see their inclusion.
expecially since afik bubbas still slowed down as much as he is now when he charges his chainsaw (Even if at default, he will now chainsaw much faster and for longer.) im sure the speed boost would balance it out, but hey i did enjoy primer bulb.
On the other hand are silencing addons going to still be a thing? their concept was incredibly cool if a bit underutilized, and i would absolutely love to see "stealthy" addons for billy/bubba which lower their terror radius using their saw/lower the sounds the saw makes etc etc etc.
