Power cool downs are not fun
i get it, baby survivors complain that hillbilly is too oppressive and needs a nerf but honestly he didnt even need to be touched. Any good player will tell you that and are probably dying inside right now. I dont even play hillbilly and this upsets me. Like honestly! i wanna know the devs thought process is. Are you really on our side? It feels like this is a giant waste of time and resources that couldve been used on buffing weak killers or something other than Nerfing another one. #Stopnerfingkillers Wheres wraiths cooldown, he can go invisible and sneak up on us too often, you should add a cooldown. once every 30 seconds he can go invisible. I mean its only fair, he gets a movement speed increase too.

On the up side, they pretty much finished up the list of killers they can shove charges and cooldowns on. Wraith will be the only one left after this and his power isn't really set up for either of those.
Imagine if they did this crap to survivors. You can only repair a generator for 40 seconds before you overheat and have to cooldown and do something else. Ironically, it would probly help balance the game, but boy would there be an uproar.

i can safely assume that the majority of the community agrees with me. Doesnt surprise me in the slightest that its finally happening though. These are the same devs that think its a good idea to tie hemmorage to purple add ons on two killers now

i think anyone who realises the state of the game right now is bad and doing things like this only make it worse will agree with me to a point. believe it or not there are people who enjoy both sides and not mindlessly play one and defend it to the death. If you play one side, youre missing out on half of the content. Expand your experience and get out of your comfort zone

huntress' arm will get tired after holding up her hatchet for too long and take a 3 second stun.
Wraith will get burned out of his power and suffer a 30 second cool down if he stays invisible for too long.
the clowns power will go on cooldown instead of manually refilling
trapper now has to wait 15 seconds before placing a new trap and if he accidentally steps in a trap, he'll be slowed to 110% for 15 seconds after freeing himself

Yeah, not a big fan of Killer Power cooldowns myself.

I play more survivor and I don't have a problem with him apart from instasaw. I don't think the changes will have that much of an impact either but I'll wait for the ptb

You know what isn't fun? A chainsaw being revved every 5 seconds.
Having a cooldown is also better than the alternative. Trust me, I could think of ways to hurt a killer way more than the cooldown-but-not-really that he's about to get.
Just learn to adapt like everyone else.
