I was looking for a character that i had Quick and Quiet, Head on and Inner Strength on and it took ages because i had to click on every character and scroll through 2 or 3 perk pages until i finally found one.

I think there should be a sort of search bar where you can choose 1-4 perks and possibly offerings, and it shows which characters have all of the perks you have put in.

This would probably be a bad way of doing it but you get the idea.
