Personally i like flask of bleach and ether 15 Vol% because it slows them a lot but are these addons are the best?

Honestly I like to be able to use them A LOT during chase so I either do double reload or the yellow reload with VHS Porn to move faster too.
Otherwise, the feathers are pretty nice, the exhaustion one is always a win. The ones that buff the smoke (make it last longer, etc) are good too.
Most of Clown's add-ons are decent-good tbh.
