Discord Ban Appeal

Earlier today I was on the dbd discord, and someone said something about a dog that sounded weird, so I said "beastiality is illegal." (however you spell beastiality idk how to) After I said that I stayed on the discord for a couple more minutes and everything seemed fine. I get off for a while, and get back on later to find out that I was banned for making a "beastiality joke." I don't think saying "beastiality is illegal" is really a joke? I wasn't making fun of beastiality or saying that it's a good thing, I just said it was illegal... I hope something can be done about this because this is one of my favorite discord servers. Thanks!
