Kate's hairstyle

I was wondering if there is a way to get Kate's black ponytail like hairstyle? I saw it on some Kate's in trials but it doesn't exist in a store? It has its blonde version btw... Is that something from a previous rift and will we be able to buy things from previous rifts? Thanks
