Re-posting: Potential Change for Legion

Hey everyone. I posted a potential change for Legion but unfortunately it was super early and it was buried. Some people really liked the idea so I figured I'd try again to see if I can get more opinions and maybe open some discussion.

I have been playing Legion for a couple of days and I'm enjoying him, lots of blood points and very fun. However Legion is often considered a "Bottom Tier killer" and I even agree, I just play him for the fun factor. While I don't have an idea for a full comprehensive rework, I had an idea for a change that I think would help boost Legions performance without breaking the game, allowing him to perform a little better in higher level lobbies (Higher level as in 10 and below, not actual high numbers)

I figured one problem with Legion is no matter how well you play, you are always punished when coming out of Feral Frenzy by being unable to do anything for 4~ seconds (Base, add ons can decrease that a bit). I thought that an interesting change would be this: When hitting more than one survivor while in Feral Frenzy, the stun time when leaving Feral Frenzy (Either hitting the same survivor twice or cancelling it yourself) is reduced by a certain amount of time, I was thinking anywhere from 1 and a half to two seconds.

And to make sure that you can't break the game by stacking Cold Dirt and using this new mechanic to have NO stun time coming out of Feral Frenzy, just nerf Cold Dirt, or change its effect.

This way it not only gives you an incentive to use Feral Frenzy to its fullest by hitting multiple survivors, it also rewards players who are able to do so, and allows them to commit to a chase, which Legion has trouble with.

I thought this was an interesting idea that wouldn't break the game. Let me know what you all think!

(This is a copy paste of my last post. Again just hoping more people see, as I haven't heard this change anywhere and would like to open potential discussion and whatnot)
