Is this punishable?

It's happened a few times recently (all during the 4th year anniversary oddly enough) that I've noticed survivor individuals working with killers to point out their teammates and watch on as the killer downs and hooks the entire team with the exception of the survivor who is colluding with the killer.
Usually I can brush this off because it doesn't happen often. But in the last 3 days it's happened a number of times and I'm sick of it. I have video evidence of the last game I played of this happening.
I know this may sound super childish, it's just very frustrating for me and it ruins the fun of this game when my own teammates are pointing the killer in my direction, especially when the event to nab and escape with the crowns is going on.
Any insight would be much appreciated, if it matters, I'm on PS4.
Cheers.

That's working with the killer, very reportable.

This happens every event. Some people who literally never play the game suddenly crawl out of their caves to do this typical "are you in my lobby buddy?" bs because they can't win the legit way and enjoy ruining the event.
Needless to say it's bannable to work with the killer with the intention to kill/grief other survivors.
You can report it using this link:
click on "additional player report information"
You can then describe what happened and if you have a video just upload it on youtube and put the link in the description so the support team can see what happened. When recording clips make sure every client can be identified easily so don't forget to open the menu as it shows player names and their in-game characters.
Also record the post game screen.
If everything is obvious they will get banned pretty quickly.

Sorry to be a bother, but how do I report with the proof? I assume it's more of a process than just using the in game reporting system.
