Azarov pallets
So I got into a match and a Steve told me to follow him, I did, and on the corner where the killer shack was there was a JG and the normal loop where a gen appears BUT I noticed that there were 2 pallets on that same spot as if it was 2017 again.
Bug? Error? Or what? I haven't seen those pallets like that in a very long time.

Its a bug, a very rare one.
I fortunately never got to experience double pallets in 2016-2017, but killer mains from that era must be having severe PTSD each time they see one of those.

Likely just a bug, saw a double pallet spawn on the swamp not too long ago.

When the Map got generated, Tiles were placed and Pallets were placed. After placing the Tiles the minimum number of Pallets on a Map was not reached, so a Tile spawns with two Pallets to ensure that the minimum number of Pallets is on the map.

That makes sense but it was a horror seeing those pallets like that again.

This should not be that much of an issue, because this means that there are not that many Pallets on the Map overall and the rest of the Map should be designed pretty generous for the Killer.

There was a lot of pallets actually, those two in beside the truck, a JG on the side and a killer shack.
On the side was the yellow truck thing.
On front of the main building it was kinda of a deadzone but only 1 gen with a 50/50 pallet and an LT wall.
On the lower left corner it was a regular safe pallet.
And a few pallets that can't be mindgamed from survivors, killer only has to W to win.
On the side and behind of the main building there were two.
On the way to the shack there was a good filler pallet, the one with the tires and truck on the side.

It's not a bug, there is a minimum amount of pallets that is needed and if that minimum amount is not reached, the game will keep generating pallets until it is. This can cause some really... questionable pallet spawns.
Double pallets is possible but really rare.

As others have already mentioned, double pallets in a single tile like this can only spawn when there is the minimum number of pallets on the map. There will still be a decent number spread out, but it's no more than whatever number is on the lower end for pallet generation logic. Seeing double pallets means you got the lowest possible number of pallets for any given map.

Not complaining but it was weird and well only one deadzone.

I've seen double pallets spawn in the front entrance of aslyum one time I had a spirit see them and they quit the game
