Like with the nurse the answer seems to be "well if you were already an expert with this killer then you should be fine. Although if you're not and had any interest in learning them, don't"

Stick to the topic - op is right. You can't cover up glaring mistakes, errors and expect not to be called out for it. The people balancing this game have no clue what makes sense and what doesn't and probably play swf at ranks 10-20, considering their decisions. This is beyond bad, how could no one in the QA team see this? amateurism.

I'm just getting sick of this increasing trend that learning each killer should involve the amount of time and effort you might put into a master's degree, while survivor gameplay remains pretty stale and basic (no hate to survivors, I've never seen anyone even ask for all the handholding that gets put in).

Yep. I have round about 480 hours now. About 400 is probably survivor game play. I've been going through leveling each killer, and when I hit these killers that people tout as having a "high skill ceiling" -- such as Nurse, but old Bubba I was told such a ceiling exists and I disliked him -- it's simply not fun. I'm not going to play something that's not fun. Like, I'm learning Ghost Face atm, and he has some in-depth mechanics. They take some skill and patience but aren't ridiculously hard to get the hang of.

Yeah I was starting to learn nurse pre-nerf just for the sheet joy of being a console nurse but then that happened and it was enough of a time sink already, back when the sensitivity was capped really low as well ofc.
Makes me sad with billy because he was a good beginner killer, like pretty much every killer I know began with either trapper, billy or wraith. They're like the starter pokemon.
