Thoughts on the Apparently New Hit Validation?

Last dev update suggests that in this PTB hit validations are done server-side. To put it more simply, no more unfair hits on the survivors side but killers with bad connections may have problems hitting survivors. Has anyone felt a difference regarding this in the PTB?

Hit validation hasn't been added yet, it's being added to the PTB tomorrow.
