All the complaints come now?
There's a handful of players that haven't played a minute of killer now claiming that the nerf was justified and that Billy was overpowered. Where were these complaints prior to his nerf? These people are so adamant now that Billy was too strong but before his changes were announced he was fine? They'll take whatever they can get, despite it being obvious that the changes made to his base kit have gutted him. Providing the devs with positive feedback in the forums when you know the changes are complete overkill is detrimental to this game and this community.
If you agree with the changes and are willing to have sensible discussion, please tell me why you believe these changes are justified. I can agree that his charge time and cooldown add ons had to be addressed, and I could maybe agree with an overheat function if implemented more fairly. But I do not believe that the state of Billy in the PTB is at all balanced, and that base kit Billy prior to the changes was overpowered.
