Autodidact, Empathy, and Solidarity.
If you and another survivor are in the injured state and when Autodidact has less than 2 tokens, the negative progress from autodidact's skillcheck will still count as a positive bonus for Solidarity (meaning you can surpass the 50% limit on a heal), meaning that you'll be next to fully healed when a survivor starts healing you. When Autodidact has 3+ tokens, you'll heal the other survivor faster with the bonus skill-checks (while still benefiting from the 50% heal yourself).
Empathy turns you into a quick healing machine and allows you to get those tokens/heals. Bring a medkit to bring the 3 perks full circle and allow for you to heal yourself if you can't find a teammate - cutting your healing time in half as well as being 50% more efficient with your healing item.
