Survivors and killers complain about matchmaking pairing rank 15s with a 4man red rank SWF or the other way around.

Many threads like these and the obvious answer to people complaining would be:

"Youre right, thats ######### up man, hopefully you can have better games next time"

But the actual answers many people give are like:

  • Its fair you ran Noed
  • Its good practice
  • git good
  • you played XY killer thats op
  • survivors in red ranks are not that good at all so its fair

Whats going on XD

are you guys stupid? none of these excuse a NEW PLAYER go against PEOPLE WHO PLAYED A LOT.

Overwatch grandmasters dont get paired with golds

A chess grandmaster wont be paired with a highschool chess club member

How do you defend this mess?

Its unbelievable how people protect the devs that are unable to fix this for month.

    Matchmaking has been bad since the game came out thanks largely due to the ranking system. But the problem is deeper than having a proper MM system. The game is imbalanced and due to previous and current developer decisions the game can never be properly balanced. Therefore, even if the decide on a new MM system it will be flawed within the foundations of it's design.

    i actually see answers like "Youre right, thats [BAD WORD] up man, hopefully you can have better games next time" more often than the others you have listed though?

    and the whole „rank means nothing“ is also a SOMEWHAT valid argument, because you do have variable skills at all ranks.
