Match canceled in egc?

Is it possible to send logs to devs or something that can shine a light to this weird thing?

While i played pyramid head in the game in the middle of the chase after all 5 gens got finished the egc activated and the surv that was in chase with me was immediately killed by the entity and i was kicked out of the game with error 501 match canceled. This think happened in like 2 sec after the 5th gen was completed. It was similar to some hackers spoted in some streams(like controlling eng game colapse ect) but the thing is other than that egc nothing unusual happen the whole game.
