Who thinks the hex " no one escapes death " is fair? Because I think it should be removed.
The reason I say this is because I've seen dead killers who struggle the whole game down entire teams with this one hex, it's not smart and gives the killer an insane advantage even if they are ok at best.
80% of killers seem to run this and it's extremely hard to counter as it means removing all totoms before it activates or risking an escape looking for it after its activating.
Does anybody understand where I'm coming from?
Especially considering even the ace killers use this also which makes a win damn near impossible.

I was told to do bons. But i think they meant Bond. I guess bond helps with doing bons and noed.

i see where you're coming from, but uh, everyones just going to say... "do bones", because you should. break totems, you can get 1,000-5,000 bloodpoints for it. run small game, detective's hunch, bring a map, use inner strength just as a nice bonus reward. its annoying, i get it, but its a very easily countered perk.

Survivor: Acts all cute with crutch perks
Killer: Uses NOED
Survior: screeches Not fair delete Noed!!!
72 -
I think you should do totems
16 -
Yeah with all that listed you could go round and get all the totoms but that's focusing totoms with your entire character, I run either gen fixer or healer builds so would disrupt my entire style of play for one hex 😕

When a killer can down an entire team within the minute the gates are on it's not about it being helpful, it breaks the game.
2 -
Oh I do but most times you will miss at least one so it still activates, it's such an easy hex to win with ( or at least get half the team before they even open a gate )
1 -
Stay away from each other he can't chase 4 survivors
24 -
my suggestion would be to leave one of the more obvious totems alone and just remember where it is. if theres one other totem you can't seem to find then its a 50/50 shot its the obvious one.
4 -
Noed should require 4 hooks, if you didn't get the 4 hooks before the 5th generator got repaired, noed doesn't activate, noob killers have to do a lot more.
0 -
Have been years that i saw NOED last time, but friend... do totem near the exit gates first, ok? So you can just hide and do leftovers.
4 -
I mean that makes sense in theory but you don't know it's on til one of you are clouted with it, no Comms too doesn't help.
1 -
LOL practice and get better. Noed is playing with 3 perks all game. As survivor I have never had problem with it. Perhaps you should practice doing totems.
17 -
If the killer is able to down all 4 of you with their basic attack in the span it takes one of you to open a gate or get someone else up... NOED wasn't the problem in the first place.
If the killer is bad they'll get less kills in the end anyway because the survivors know how to play and avoid NOED. Do your bones or learn to hide.
16 -
I think Noed is equally fair as survivors DS. Neither of them are fair. But if you are willing to nerf DS in exchange you can remove noed all i care
15 -
That sounds more reasonable, most strong hex's need hooks or hits to get better but that just full on works.
1 -
I think the fact that it can be undone makes it less of an issue. Like, I search for totems every game bc Bloodpoints, and most times I feel like I find it... Or I find Haunted Ground and cry myself to sleep that night.
7 -
Because if a killer plays poorly they still get a few kills with it.
What you dont see the fairness in that?
3 -
Then you got killers like the spirit, hag and trapper that can make getting to gates impossible, it really shouldn't be allowed on all killers.
1 -
When I see the Killer doing poorly, I'm already aware NOED has been brought to the table and hurry and do ALL totems. 😎
10 -
That's like having a perk where if all survivors are on their last hook the gates open automatically, it's abit of a bad point of view to have because your rewarding potentially bad players.
1 -
WHO THINKS THE ADRENALINE IS FAIR? BECAUSE I THINK IT SHOULD BE REMOVED.
The reason I say this is because I've seen bad survivors who struggle the whole game escape due to this one perk, it's not smart and gives the survivor an insane advantage even if they are ok at best.
80% of survivors seem to run this and it's extremely hard to counter as it means stopping the gens from completing, there's no skill to using this perk.
Does anybody understand where I'm coming from?
Especially considering even the ace survivors use this also which makes a win damn near impossible.
14 -
I don't mind as the survivor. It's ok.
1 -
Lol that's a fair point 😂 I try do totoms but to get them all can be pretty hard while trying to help with gens too, especially if your team are pretty trash.
2 -
If i know i didn't do totems I'm leaving you behind.
2 -
Adrenaline doesn't hand you an advantage like NOED does, nowhere near.
1 -
NOED is fine, do bones.
5 -
Literally just leave.
If the Killer has NOED, then don't go for super risky saves, don't try and bully him, just leave. Not doing so is more likely to just get you killed than it is to actually stop them.
9 -
so does BT and DS together when all gens are done it breaks the game do bones.
7 -
It's fair. You could find the hatch before all the 5 gens, use a key and escape, avoiding NOED.
I don't believe any hex perk it's unfair due to the fact that it's an hex. Of coure it bothers that you can do well in a match, do bones but due to how many gen rushers there are in-game the fifth gen pops before you find the 4th totem. But in wich case, it's the survivors faul, not the killer.
3 -
Basically.
2 -
I mean you can do bones survivor crutches are a lot worse then Noed they don’t have actual counters if survivors are running around with big egos with it a lot of times the reason you all four died was cuz you try being cocky instead of giving the killer that one kill
4 -
I think it's completely fair. I think a lot of people got into the habit of thinking anything they find annoying or challenging should be changed or removed entirely. (Also, thinking they deserve to win. It doesn't matter how good you are, you shouldn't expect to win every game. I swear, sometimes it seems like people want the game to be like 85% different.
You deleted where you said you don't want to play a totem build because you can healer/gen runner. That you don't want to change your playstyle for one hex. You are suggesting changing the game for your playstyle lol.
2 -
It always cracks me up how big egos survivor mains have with their crutches teabagging flashlight clicks but the moment the killer has a Mori Noed tunnels camps BMs them etc now they get mad dc and message you about how bad of a killer you are coming from someone who is rank 20 on killer as they haven’t played a day in their life
6 -
I play mostly solo survivor and I believe it's fair, just cleanse totems when you find them or remember where you saw and then don't screw with the killer endgame feeling entitled to a free trip out the zoo
2 -
It's not like that with me think about it, you have played a full game and anywhere from one to three people could be caught already and others could be on their last hook.
It's game breaking because if you have a decent killer or above its practically a guaranteed win for them.
1 -
I'm not a big ego survivor at all, don't use flashlights and in fact think they are useless and expect a challenge but not a almost guaranteed loss.
0 -
It shouldn't be a free win for a ok killer or free kills for a bad one either so your point is invalid, it's not balanced in anyway.
0 -
I really hate when players say this because more people are not SWFs.
- You don't know how many totems have been done so it's always a gamble.
- You have to run Detectives Hunch to ever be sure, eating up a perk slow. Not a problem in SWF but in Single Player, you can't waste perk slots.
The better answer is wait for the killer to come to a door while hidden and leave. Then start doing the door. Also, survivors should split up on doors.
0 -
if everyone does, yes. The point is that people get salty about this perk and believe it "takes no skill" as if all perks NEED to take skill, or say it "rewards playing bad" as if a killer player good will 100% always 4k before the gens are completed. And that other survivor perks don't reward "playing bad" for getting hit or hooked. lol.
1 -
This is what I try do but by the end of the game it could be only 2 of you left, once one of you are down it's basically game over.
1 -
Well there is no game without killers, and between things like object swf or some high trolly swf in general and them being matched against killers who mainly are even on killer just doing dailies and would rather survivor you'd wanna encourage those more "casual" killers to keep providing matches. It's not rocket science. And since you provided no reason that "it's not balanced anyway" your own is invalid. I won't respond further to you specifically since I avoid flamewars and pointless arguments. When somebody is deadset on something especially in these kind of games, there really isn't room for debate anyways I've learned.
1 -
It's not balanced because you can go through the whole game and lose 2 people to general play, say you get the gates going and killer has NOED he downs one of you your basically stuck especially if the gates are close together.
What do you expect people to do when no matter what you can get one hit?
1 -
Remove NOED, wow I don't think this has been discussed before on these forums. I agree with you. NOED should be removed as it's a second chance perk that rewards players for bad gameplay decisions. It should be removed right after Sprint Burst, Decisive Stike, Dead Hard and Borrowed Time get removed as well.
1 -
Yes I agree, if it's a perk that gets abused/taken advantage of I 100% support the removal of them. I don't use none of those perks so wouldn't bother me in the slightest.
1 -
Then do bones yes it has a different counter then most totems where you either do 5 to prevent it or look for one when it activates but it’s still a totem
1 -
I sense gen rusher
1 -
I'm usually the only one doing totoms on my team because if one isn't active alot of people tend to walk by them and if I'm using all my time looking for bones I'm not helping with gens which increases chances of a loss anyway.
It's a really strong hex that requires nothing for it to work apart from a free totom.
0 -
That’s all crutch perks in a nut shell but if everyone is rushing gens then you don’t need to help them do that do the totems so it’s done and if any gens are left then do them
3 -
No actually, unless I'm running Dwight with my gen build no I'm not gen rushing because I'm rank 4 and doing that practically kills advancing your rank. I try do as much as possible when it presents itself.
