This DbD mobile feature should be utilized in other versions of DbD as some killer's power
When you are within killer's terror radius, you will see an interesting visual effect to represent terror radius visually if you have no access to sound.
I think that visual feature should be used for some future killer or perks. Imagine a killer who is blind, but can see survivors by "hearing" the beating of their hearts?

Or that, but we already have a visual for killer instinct, so why not make a new mechanic with beating hearts.

They should make killer like Vendigo from Until Dawn.
Extremely fast and lethal, but technically blind and can only see moving survivor. Additional mechanic would be "fear" mechanic where survivor has to pass some kind of skillchecks when killer is in close proximity to not be noticed.
