Efficiency vs. Reduced Charge Consumption

If I use a medkit, will I be able to get more uses out of it with self care III (20% efficiency) or street wise III (25% reduced consumption)? Anyone know the different between the two or are they basically the same?

    They're the same thing. They will stack. If you have botany it will also stack.
