I became a 'tunneling Freddy main' in two games
Started playing Freddy this evening. My first game was a trainwreck - the entity was not pleased. Second game went a lot better.
But then I got called a 'tunneler Freddy main dogshit'... First and foremost, I reported that player for communication abuse. Secondly, this was my second game as Freddy. Ever. I did not use any of the annoying slowdown addons and used what decent perks I had at my disposal as a level 26 Freddy (not even rank 3 perks). How on earth would I be a Freddy main?
That aside, I would like to say that hooking a Dwight, going to the other side of the map, downing someone else, hooking them, seeing someone on a gen with BBQ, teleporting over there and finding Dwight again does not mean I am tunneling Dwight. I literally hooked someone else in between. That's just bad luck for Dwight.
Don't know why I felt like posting this... To show that you can never do right for some people? To vent? To get other people's opinions? Probably all of the above. I do feel a lot better having typed this out.

For some people, when you hook someone, you have to stay on the other side of the map, for six minutes, and then you can hit them, but don't you dare to down someone, because in this case you are a slugger (it is correct)
So yeah, some people will say ######### about everything

you didn't really have to open an entire discussion just to tell us what someone said to u in the end game chat since this survivor behaviour (not pun intended if u even considered it one) is fairly common

Some people are just salty about anything and everything. Don't mind them.
I get trash talked once in a while, but it's usually by people who were being toxic in the first place and would have trash talked had they survived. I get compliments on my unexpected builds and nice responses more often than negative ones.

I know. I wasn't sure if I should post this or not, but I am kinda glad I did.
I guess I just wanted to get a feel for "is this really what killer mains have to sit through all the time"? I usually play survivor because killer can be very intense.

Oh sometimes you'll get bad people.. but it's really not that frequent. Same how you'll get bad killers who camp or tunnel off hook when you play survivors.. they're a minority, don't let the rotten apples ruin your fun

People sometimes suggest to turn off the post-game chat if you can't handle it, but I know there's also friendly people out there (I've added some of them to my friendlist) and I would hate to miss out on that...

Yeah I've met some nice people from playing against them. The group I play with most came from one such end-game conversation and I switched over to survivor to play with them a bit, and I've been playing with them for nearly a year. If people are being rude I just give them a "good game" and tell them not to be rude for no reason it's just a game, and move on.

i play a lot of killer and i don't have to sit through this everyday, yes freddy can be very annoying to go against but there's this godsend button that closes the chat box that made my life as a killer way easier, you should try it as well

Most these gamers apparently never watched a decent horror movie. While chasing a victim. A killer has.... Tunnel... vision. Of course that's all they have in mind. To kill. The victim running blood wounded is like a wolf hunting g down a weak link prey. The problem is ego. They feel entitled to tell you off because they failed to escape. Turn off Texted Notifications is all you can do. In this game. You either win some or lose some.
