    On console you do it after the game is over(thumbs down/up icon). Don't know about pc.

    Devs have a new email system I've used it before just do normal ticket reporting and you get a automated msg giving the new place to send them to

    You use the ingame report function (thumbs down) and provide video proof of your accusations (youtube link)
