lockers/interactions should not counter tombstone

for those who don't know lockers and interaction with objects like generators and gates forces myers to grab you, while I believe tombstone should have counters these are way too lazy especially considering myers has to work for his power while gens pop left and right

Devs be like "Since tombstone piece is easily countered by going into a locker or working on a gen, we have decided to nerf it"
