Hello everyone!

I have finally gotten my diet in order. No added sugars, wheat or dairy since the third of this month and I actually don't miss them. The only grain I allow myself is steel cut oats. My weight loss is doing well, dropped over 13 pounds. Now that I am getting used to eating this way I need to start thinking about working out. Only problem is that I have never worked out before and there is so much information out there I don't know where to start. So I figured I'd ask my fellow gamers who may have gone through what I am going through now.

A little about me, I am in my mid thirties, male and very over weight, and when I say very, I mean VERY. I spent the last 15 years sitting on my butt for 12-17 hours a day for work and I want to reverse all the damage I have done before I get too old. The most I can do is walk two miles in about 40 minutes at the moment, but it is super difficult these days due to how hot and humid it has been. Last time I tried it, I couldn't wait to get back to my car and feel it's sub par AC. So I need something I can do at my home in my bedroom.

Any recommendations of any YouTubers that I should check out? Preferably someone who starts you off with just cardio that I can follow along with and then goes more into weight lifting as time goes on. I am a visual learner so I'd like videos where I can just copy the person I am watching for a half an hour rather than do things on my own.
