Save your gateaux for a bloodhunt
Yknow x2 bloodpoints with stacked 520% would make it 620% instead.
I see a lot of people still waste them when it's a better idea saving them to rush em when a bloodhound happens.

I just got last teachables unlocked on my killers, now I have to grind to get all perks on all killers. I use my cakes as long as I have them. I don't see any reason to save them when I need bloodpoints now.

For the people who already prestiged or dont have interest on prestige can save them

That only makes sense when you intend to do farming matches, and I hate those.
Otherwise, you can also get the bonus now.

If they want to, they can. I need points now and have no interest waiting for bloodhunt that would make so little difference in gaining points.

There isn't a real reason to save them, unless you don't plan on playing the game. All saving them will do is make the numbers bigger when they are already decently big. You just said it yourself instead of 520% it's 620%, or I could just go into games now with the 104% boost and take advantage of it. Not wasting it, just getting it's benefits now.

Its not a waste at all actually, due to how they stack. Since the bloodhunts add addictively to the bloodpoints, it functionally makes no difference if you used no offerings, since the is no exclusivity to them. No matter what, each cake will add 104%, be that today, tomorrow, next year or during a bloodhunt.
Only reason people save BP offerings for bloodhunts is that people are more likely to want to do farming sessions, but if you're like me and dont want to farm, just use your cakes whenever you fancy

No idea when bloodhunt will even be. Probably not anytime soon. Those cakes are getting used lmao. Rather have the perks I want now than later.

I'm saving mine for when they bring back the DC penalty. Players quitting within first minute because they don't like the map/killer is just a waste of an offering right now.

They stack additively not multiplicative, there is no difference using them now or during a blood hunt... how is this still a thing people think???

I won’t use cakes on anyone, and I won’t bother using good addons now for this same reason.
Im not even talking Iri head... I feel silly as a GF wasting a green recharge addon because someone still quits every game

Why should i do that? The total bloodpoint gain doesnt change.

Save em or use em up to you. Yes you could save em for the next bloodhunt but isn't that kind of unnecessary and stingy.
Its kinda like shivering all winter so you can save a few bucks buying a jumper in the summer sale.
Bloodpoints are infinite as long as you are playing the game. In the time you spend saving the cakes you could have a p3 or two or three finished before the next bloodhunt rolls around.

🤦♂️ its the same amount of bps either way. If you use that 104% now and then you get 416 then thats still 520 either way. Bloodhunt or no bloodhunt.

Unless there is going to be a bloodhunt very soon, I see no point to do that. I'll already apend all the cakes by that time and level up most of my characters.

Sorry, I wanted to prestige a character to P3. I will use them all before then. Maybe I'll save them on my P3 characters, but not on my P2 or P1 characters.
Besides, You dont get that great a benefit from them during a bloodhunt as you would a BPS...

I have a lot of them so I'd rather make my own unofficial 2x BP event shared with anyone that gets in my lobby instead 😄

That's not how it works.
The Bloodhunt multiplier is applied to the total BP earned in the match.
The offering is multiplied to the total BP earned in the match.
Then the two are added together, they do not stack off one another.
I actually don't understand why people still think they need to wait until a BP event to use them.

Yeah no. I refuse to burn anything during blood hunts. People almost always play incredibly scummy during them.
