Good builds for Pyramid Head

I still have roughly 53 cakes left to use for Pyramid Head so I want to start doing some blood point farming. That being said, I noticed that people don't use a lot of his own perks as they don't synergize very well with others. What would you consider a good build?

Good topic, I recently got all perks with 70+ cakes, but like you, can’t really find a build I like.

    I've been using BBQ/PGTW/STBFL/Brutal Strength.

Because of the mechanics behind his ability, it makes a lot of perks feel less valuable. BBQ and PGTW both feel iffy to use. STBFL is for sure good on him. Brutal Strength is in my opinion a meta killer perk. Especially for M1 killers. Having fewer pallets faster leads to shorter chases and strong late games. I'm a big fan of that.

I've been going with Whispers, BBQ, discordance, and pop. It does well enough, but I just feel like there could be more. Monitor and abuse could be a nice one though!

That's not a bad build. STBFL could work well, sadly I don't have it unlocked with him yet.

BBQ (Helps find someone after hooking)

Nurse's Calling (Nail people through walls when they aren't paying attention and if they do run and you're close enough and guess right, you can still get a hit with his range)

Pop (Gen regression is almost mandatory)

STBFL (It's just great! Faster and faster hits recovery then makes it easier to hit someone then immediately hit them with range from a vault with 6-8 stacks. Its disgusting lol)
