"For some reason won't let me pick bugs"

So the healthy obsession achievement and Evil Incarnation i've done both of these many times and so confused why i'm not getting them.

    Hi welcome to the forum.

    Apparently Healthy Obsession is bugged, possibly since the Silent Hill patch.

    In regards to Evil Incarnate, are you killing the survivors only using Judith's Tombstone or Tombstone Piece add-ons. Using Mori's do not count.
