Possible to run two instances of DBD (Steam + Microsoft Store) on one PC?

Hello I have DBD on Steam and would like to run a 2nd instance of DBD so that I can create a custom game with myself so I can practice stuff and learn maps better.

It's not possible to create a custom game with one player so I'm thinking about purchasing the game through the Windows store with a Microsoft account if it's possible to run an instance of DBD through the Windows store one in addition to my Steam one.

I don't have a second PC to run DBD on so I'll need to do this solely on one PC.

Does anybody know if this is possible?
