Is lagswitching really gone with dedicated servers?

I know I wasn't gonna make it out anyways but...

Should I file a ticket? I still have the guy's profile open here.

It's just ######### connection, or the wonky killer side hit detection. You being teleported back to the hut says to me it was your connection to the server (not necessarily your internet). Otherwise you would seem normal and HE would be teleporting.

You could theoretically still "lag switch", but if it's on a dedicated server now, and not killer hosted, they would only affect themselves.

Please tell me if I make any stretches but that means it would have to be me and Meg's connection oscilating at the same time for us both to be teleported back into the basement, right? I know the video quality isn't the best but you can tell she went up the stairs, which means there was no way my ping could've gone up until that point (because there's a turn you have to make and characters just walk straight into walls when there's ping issues) and Meg shouldn't be downstairs by the time it got back to normal
