I think it'd be cool if it gave Bloodlust faster. There's currently no perk or mechanic for that so it could be interesting.

I'd like to see it have a residual undetectable effect after reaching bloodlust (for 15 seconds, say). That way you could use it for some glorious mind games. For example, you could decide to break off a long chase and go for a grab on a nearby gen. You could also use it to more effectively mindgame in a chase too without risking losing bloodlust.

You rarely get bloodlust that it's unreliable.
