Any News On Hit Registration?

Server side hit registration was delayed to be tested in this patch. Personally I'm very excited for this to be finally fixed after years. I haven't seen it mentioned in the patch notes, twitter or anywhere else. Anyone knows if its mentioned anywhere, if not already implemented?
