What perks to play with Nurse? (Beginner player)
I've been enjoying nurse recently, and I am looking for a good perk build.
I'm currently rocking:
1) Nurse Calling
2) BBQ & Chili
3) Whisperer
4) Sloppy Butcher
Any build suggestions?
I'm currently having trouble with early game, and can only really do well after I down one player which starts snowballing, which is normally closer to the end game.
I only have Cannibal unlocked, and possibly planning to buy Hag for her perk.

i always hated whisperer. maybe change that out with thana since u already had sloppy or shadow borne to keep line of sight during fatigue

Normally for Nurse tracking perks is all she needs, but if you are new to her, you should put on some generator-slowdown perks.
Pop goes the Weasel works well once you get the ball rolling.
Corrupr Intervention can work too, but I would only pair it with Whispers for Nurse, since people tend to be more stealthy against her.
Hex: Ruin can work out, if you are okay with the RNG of totem spawns.
Outside of generator-slowdown, Monitor&Abuse is really nasty on Nurse, because it gives survivors less time to run or take cover. It also synergieses extremely well with Nurse's Calling or Infectious Fright.

Sadly most of the good perks are on other killers. Your current build is pretty solid.
If your having trouble with gen pressure I suggest corrupt intervention from plague or pop goes the weasel from clown. I used to run Make Your Choice from The Pig but since she got a cd it's harder to get back to the hook to find the person who made the save. Monitor & Abuse from Doctor can mix well with NC. The problem with Nurses Calling is most survivors don't heal once they hear the heart beat. M&A shrinks your terror radius so it's smaller then 28 meters. So you can see them healing before they find out they're in your terror radius. If you want some end game pressure you can run noed or blood warden from Freddy. You could swap out one of your tracking perks for thanatophobia. Combined with sloppy if should slow down the game provided people are injured.

That's a pretty solid perk build, honestly. Some others you might want to consider:
- Shadowborn (wraith teachable) - increases FOV. Pretty much only good on the Nurse. Makes it easier to keep track of survivors during fatigue and also helps a bit with 360s and corn blindness
- Infectious Fright (plague teachable) - This is just a great killer perk for a bunch of killers, but particularly for insta-down killers and the Nurse. You can snowball very quickly with this
- Corrupt Intervention (plague teachable) - For the first 120 seconds of the game, the farthest 3 gens are blocked. Helps a lot with keeping the early gen rush down and forces survivors towards you. Great killer perk in general
- Monitor and Abuse (doctor teachable) - This pairs well with nurse's calling and infectious fright. When not in a chase, your terror radius will be 24m, which will allow you to see auras with Nurse's calling before survivors hear your terror radius. When IN a chase, your terror radius will be 40m. Since the range of infectious fright is based off of your terror radius, that effectively makes infectious more useful

Honestly thats triple tracking. not a bad build for an advanced nurse, but if your struggling early game, i'd consider popping on corrupt intervention instead of nurses calling if you have it, and then pop goes the weasel instead of possibly whispers.
that or tinkerer now. it may not be expressely useful on nurse but its gen notification is wonderful to help pressure gens, even if you notify everyone with your scream. can even catch people off guard and occasionally counter borrowed time!

Corrupt Intervention will push survivors towards you early. Which will hopefully help you snowball sooner.
Shadow Born for the larger fov is always helpful to counter Nurse's fatigue.
Discordance will show you when two survivors are on a gen. It would also likely help your early game.

I'd replace Whisperers with Spies from the Shadows if you can. It is incredibly useful on Nurse. Visual indicator instead of relying on actually hearing the whispers and looking at the icon helps with a killer who has to read the entire screen in an instant and make decisions.
