No one did, BHVR just wanted to try something without thinking of how it would affect the community by not putting it through a PTB test and just throwing it out there willy-nilly because they wanted to.
Peanits announced they're looking into it on another post, so hopefully it's gone ASAP.

The only change I'm asking for, as Killer, is to make the entire base of the basement hook have an aura (not just the 4 slim hooks, as they are barely visible from simply 40m away...)

PS BHVR hates color blind people. The first post about color blind options was made less than a month after its release. But man we sure do have a lot of monetization options now don't we?
