Powerbars for all even survivors

When survivors are not in a chase they have a stamina powerbar sprinting for more then 15 seconds will tire the survivor out and most walk to recharge the powerbar for 30 seconds.

When working on a gen for 30 seconds a survivors hand will cramp up and overheat which is where there new ability Crack Knuckles kicks in cracking knuckles will reset the hand cooldown and must go on cool down for 60 seconds.

    And make the Entity-window-blocking also be applied by the killer. If the killer vaults the same window 3x while in a chase then block it (yes, for all survivors, as it's harder to pull off because the survivor has time to leave while the killer is busy with window animation)
