Clown Rework
This clown rework is aimed at fixing the problems with his current kit, that haven't been addressed since his release.
Reloading-> it feels annoying and takes up too make time. To streamline this process add a special animation where as he hooks a survivor he grabs bottles off the side of the hook. Also reloading is around 0.75 seconds but only reloads 1 bottle.
The actual affect-> keep survivors hindered while in the gas but to give clown more of a buff give him a speed increase while inside of the cloud. This allows the clown to use his bottles as a movement option instead of just a chase option.
Now to address his perks to fit in with the theme of the clown.
Pop and Bamboozle are perfectly fine but Coulrophobia isn't in a good place. Here's my idea of a rework to Coulrophobia.
Coulrophobia-> your presence alone instills great fear. Survivors within your terror radius have a 30/40/50% penalty to healing progress speed, 10/15/20% penalty to repair progress speed, and while in chase suffer from the blindness status affect.
This way coulrophobia can be used as a zoning perk to discourage survivors away from an area. This forces survivors to move to other areas for faster healing or repairing. The blindness status affect is a little addon as well to remove aura reading perks while in chase.

I do like the idea of Clown somehow buffing himself with his gas. Thats actually pretty original. Maybe he could inhale the contents of one bottle and give himself a temporary speed buff?

That Would be very cool like a temporary speed boost after he inhales a bottle. That was he cant abuse it at a loop but can use it to travers the map easier.

It comes down to viability. Clown can be good but he's not good. Just like how pre-rework freddy was good when he wasn't. He needs to be buffed and he is always put in F tier on tier lists.
