Nurse stuck in object after blink (Can't move for the remainder of the game). [PC]

I was attempting to blink past a hill, but ended up getting stuck. As shown in the video I tried blinking out (to no success). My character model does seems to move if I keep swinging though, which was why I kept swinging till the end. Game breaking bug I guess since it lost me a match, but all good, hope that the awareness of this bug being a thing will help it fixing it.
