    I feel like old addonless Billy was great balancewise. If you are a bad Billy and go against pretty good survivors you'll get wrecked. If you are a good Billy and go against any kind of survivors, you have a good chance to wreck them. The problem was in insta-saw, which was literally permanent one-shot for the whole game - at least 10m of deadzone and BAM you're dead. No skill needed, just don't be braindead and don't bump into objects.

    So change in addons is ok (would've been nice if there weren't any useless addons, though). Cooldown is nice on paper, but it wasn't necessary at all, really.
