When MMR starts, will we all be at “zero?”

Your experience shows that it ISNT working... if you've never played the killers you SHOULD be getting potatoes. Thanks for confirming.

It looks like some Rank 1 started at zero:
This is after playing about 30-35 matches on survivor. I have got about 90% red rank killers and not sure why but I cannot assume if they have been collecting data the past few months that these red ranks were at my level or the others.
