Struggle glitch PS4 (maybe other consoles)

Has anyone seen where you struggle, and when you get to about 80% of the meter you break free? I've seen this a fair amount of times... not sure if its known or if anyone else has seen it... I think dropping a survivor and picking them up might be a cause but I am unsure...

    Dropping a survivor will fill 25-33% of their wiggle bar. If you drop them late or they attempt to drop you while you are almost free they will get stunned instead.
