This game is literaly broken on ps4
Im ps4 player, and in general this patch is terrible
Every game i play after some minutes my game crashs,EVERY GAME, 17 games in a row this have happened and my game close and this mensage apears
AN ERROR HAVE OCURRED, in the 18 game, aparently the killer game crash, i was playing with 3 other people, and they have the same error, and aparently my game crash at the same second their game crash, also theres other bug that makes impossible for my friends and i to enter in other room,even if you acept their invite.
This happens some times, and we need to stop playing dead by daylight for some hours for it to work again, i dont know with this is a psn problem, but this doens't happen in other games
Flashlights look weird now, you need to look up for they to work, and in console is giving a lot of job to do it correctly. And fps looks terrible than before, aliss 7 fps in lerys.

Yeah I had this 4-5 times last night as well.
And I'm glad you mentioned the flashlights... they seem to not work so thanks.

I play ps4 and never had an issue with this game myself. Graphics could be better, would love to play it on 4k.

It's been the past 2-3 days that I get this "unexpected error" and head to a blue screen. Generally, it happens on a loading screen (but has happened elsewhere). It also seems like if it happens to one person in a game, it happens to all.
I'm on a PS4 Slim / newer model. My fiance is on a PS4 Pro. My other friend is on an old fat PS4. It's happened to all of us, and also each of us when we were playing without the others.
