Legion's Empty stare bug

When playing as any member other than Julie and equipping the empty stare mask it changes the voice and idle animation to Julie's. Been in the game for a while.
Step 1: Pick Frank, Susie, or Joey
Step 2: Equip the Empty Stare mask
Step 3: Giggle.
