It's so inconsistent, There are games full of red rank survivors against a rank 20 killer with only one perk, and sometimes I'm the only red rank survivor against another red rank killer, but my teammates are rank 20-16. This is by far much worse than matchmaking based off of ranks. I've played much more than 10 games, so I believe it's flawed more than the devs think.
