Question about charges

Very quick question. I'm a killer main who's played survivor a bit for the past couple of months and just wanted to know...
- How long is 1 charge in seconds?
- Are charge times the same throughout each item (Toolbox, flashlight, etc.)
If i could get a response that'd be super helpful, thank you <3

Well in my day when you caught a charge it was usually 11/29.

Charges (and the rate at which they are consumed) vary from toolbox to toolbox, while flashlights have seconds of use instead of charges!
