Leatherface can apply Broken effect with an add-on
First things first this was NOT an idea I thought up personally it was an idea in a more in-depth post by @Wicked_Django so all credit to him and go check out his Leatherface post, I will link it below. I just really like the idea.
Not much to say really I like the new broken effect they are adding into the game and I think having an add-on of perhaps very rare quality that applies broken for a set amount of time would be a real nice add-on for him.

he really needs it, the tinkerer changes hit him really hard, and many of his addons are still completely worthless, chilli and noise addons are an absolute joke.
