No Network Connection

Hi!

I don't even know where to begin with this.

Since the latest update I've been experiencing a bug in which my game disconnects me from matches and brings me back to the splash page with the "No Network Connection" error popping up and then a save game error popping up after.

It can't be a network connection issue because there's other people in my house on the same network playing the game without any issues like this.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

I've uninstalled the game and reinstalled it but the problem still exists.

I'm on Xbox by the way!

Any help would be appreciated! Thank you

Same here and i'm on PC. I think it's just a network error on BHVR's end

I'm on PS4. I've gotten the network connection error a bunch since the Pyramid Head update when my internet has been fine. Last night was first time I got Save Error though, I did lose internet for a minute because of a quick storm that had come through but have never had that message following network connection error or even after the few times internet has cut out during storms before. If Save Error is following just the regular network connection error when there is no internet issues that's a bit worrisome - especially since it doesn't specifiy if the possibility of losing your progress is just that session or if it's all progress.

I know this post is a bit old, but I've been having the same problem. My internet was bad last week, but it went back to normal this week and I'm still having disconnects (plus other errors, such as the save and rank errors). I just got DC'd as Killer a few minutes ago near the ending of the match, when I already had 2 sacrifices and a bunch of Bloodpoints stacked up. I lost all of them, plus my offering and items, and I assume the 2 survivors who were left lost everything too. Yet, my PS4 tells me I was connected the whole time, the internet didn't get disconnected on my phone and the Youtube video I had playing in the background on it was completely fine too. I can only assume this is on the game's end.

That's not the error message I've been getting, though, and from OP's post, is not what their issue was either. We'll be waiting for a fix, I just hope BHVR are aware of this specific problem. It's pretty bad to lose all of the progress you made in a match because of the server, when you've made sure your connection is stable so this doesn't happen.
