LoPro chains arent half bad now

They are possibly one of hillbillys most fun add-ons now, and the fact that they reduced the rarity from ultra rare to very rare and that it no longer applies the speed limiter effect after every hit is exquisite.

Just played a game with LoPro + Mothers helpers and it felt amazing. It allows you to make some really fun plays at loops. It makes dropping pallets early against hillbilly a real threat.
