Is it possible to tweak Wraith’s buffs?

I know its only the PTB and it might change regardless. But, i was hoping that wraith could get a few tweaks to his buffs. Not saying this buff hasnt helped him. He’s gotten the love he deserves and a lot think the buffs are amazing. Though, i feel they could be tweaked a bit. For example, base windstorm is great, but i feel it needs to be half a second to a second longer. Would make him very good as a killer. Besides, most people who play wraith before the ptb would say you need to use the best windstorm, which is the 1.5 second burst. Another thing i would suggest is to make his base speed when invisible slightly faster. These are suggestions im hoping you guys could consider. Wriath has gotten to be a good killer, but to make him great, id say these little things could make him the killer people wanted. Thanks for your hard work though, nonetheless.

    Wraith need:
    A addon 0,5 speed and another addons to protect him from flashlights
