Console issues
Im talking about:
• the constant low fps in every match and in some maps (Red Forest, for example)
•Being almost unable to play as the Doctor because it lowers even more the fps
•Same problem with the Huntress and the Nurse. Not only they are already hard to play, but impossible when your ps4 is throwing air enough to lift your whole house and the game is running at 25 fps
•I play from Argentina and lts almost impossible to play a match with less than 400 ping, so im pretty much unable to use Deadhard (sometimes it wont activate, sometimes it will, but somehow you will jump backwards in time and end up in the killer’s hands) or even jump pallets or windows since my David will stop in front of a pallet and stare it a few seconds while the hillbilly is charging his chainsaw and im smashing the R1.
tldr: Have devs said anything about 60 fps or at least more than 20? What about connection?

Since consoles are 30 fps only, 25 fps should be quite solid, or am I wrong?Ping has nothing to do with consoles, that is your connectiosn fault then.
Are you using wifi in an apparment complex? Try using a wire1
