Prestige and Teachable perks

Iv prestiged Jake Park but only seem to have one teachable perk from him??

You need to buy each teachable perk in the bloodweb before you prestige or they won't show up as teachable. So, most likely you only bought one of the teachable perks before you prestiged.

So will have to level back up to 30/35/40?

Depending on which perk you have as teachable. If you have sabo as teachable then only 30/35 but if its iron will then it'll be 35/40
